The parallel sessions are typically one hour in duration with four papers scheduled for each session. This allows for a ten minute presentation with five minutes for questions and discussion. Please take this into account while preparing your presentation. The decision to have these slightly shorter than usual sessions is based on the fact that maintaining concentration in a virtual environment is widely regarded as being more difficult than in-person and it prevents very long periods sitting in front of a screen. You will of course have many opportunities to continue discussing your work during the networking events, and for more in-depth discussions you will also be able to set up side meetings using our conference platform.
